There are direct flights to Beijing from many cities in China and all over the world. Teams can also arrive in Beijing by train if they are already in China. Participants are requires to inform the organizing committee of their arrival and departure before they come to Beijing.

A welcome desk will be arranged at the Beijing Capital International Airport before the commence of the Championships. Free Transport to and from the Capital Airport/Beijing Railway Station will be provided for those who book their accommodation through the organizing committee.
