FIG Technical Regulations 2007 Edition, FIG Code of Points for Trampoline Gymnastics 2007 Edition shall be applied in the competition.

 

The competition will be held for both Senior Men’s and Women’s Individual with Qualification and Final. Gymnasts will make 2 (two) routines in the Qualifying Round and 1 (one) routine in the Final.

 

Before the Finals, each gymnast will be allowed a 30 seconds warm up in the FOP Trampoline of his/her choice.

 

The Gymnasts ranked from first to third places from the Finals will be awarded Medals and Certificates.

 

Doping Control will be performed according to FIG and WADA regulations and guidelines.

 

 

Thirty two (32) gymnasts in total will be invited to participate in the Good Luck Beijing - 2007 Trampoline Gymnastics International Invitational Tournament and more specifically 16 men and 16 women. 

 

1) Eight (8) gymnasts will be invited from the federations (a maximum of 2 gymnasts per federation) according to the individual ranking of their gymnasts in the final of the 2007 World Championships.

2) Five (5) gymnasts will be invited from the federations (a maximum of 1 gymnast per federation) which are not represented in places 1 to 8, according to the ranking of their gymnasts in the qualifying round at the 2007 World Championships.

3) Three (3) additional Chinese gymnasts will be invited. (They will not be ranked in this tournament.)

 

One (1) coach and one (1) judge per participating federation will be invited.

 

The invited judges should have minimum Category II FIG Brevets (if no Category II judge available, Category III judge is acceptable). In case of missing judges, see the accompanying letter of FIG.

 

Upon request, the Organizing Committee may accredit a maximum of 1 additional team officials (coach, team leader, doctor, physiotherapist, etc.) per federation.

 

A <Nominative Entry Form> is attached for completion and should be returned by fax or e-mail to the FIG with a copy to the Organizing Committee not later than November 11, 2007.

 

An Entry Fee of USD200.00 per gymnast should be sent to the Organizing Committee by telegraphic transfer no later than November 11, 2007 with a copy of bank transfer document faxed or e-mailed to the FIG with a copy to the Organizing Committee.

Participating federations are requested to bring with them one (1) national flag (2.4m x 1.6m) and one (1) copy of national anthem in CD form and submit them to the Organizing Committee together with < National Flag and National Anthem Form> upon their arrival.

 

For the above-mentioned invited participants, the Organizing Committee will cover accommodation and transportation expenses in Beijing for the period from November 28th - December 3rd, 2007 (6 days) with full board. The costs of extra nights of the above delegation members as well as expenses of additional people will be covered by participating federations.

 

Single Occupancy: US$170 - per person per night

Double Occupancy: US$130 - per person per night

 

An <Accommodation Application Form for Additional Team Officials> is attached for completion and should be returned by fax or e-mail to the Organizing Committee not later than November 11, 2007.

Competitors are advised that clothing and sports equipment and the advertising contained therein must conform to the FIG Rules for Advertising and Publicity.

 

In accordance with the FIG Technical Regulation Edition 2007, federations are responsible for a sufficient insurance coverage of their participating delegations.

 

All participating federations will be provided with an official “Visa Notification” from the Organizing Committee to apply for their participants’ entry visas at the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in their respective countries. Teams and officials from the countries with no diplomatic relations with China are kindly requested to inform the Organizing Committee of where they prefer to apply for the visa.

 

 

 

 

All participants must go through the accreditation procedures and be accredited. It is  requested that one passport photo of each participant should be sent to the Organizing Committee together with <Nominative Entry Form> by e-mail or airmail and indicate the participant’s name on back of the photo.
