IMPORTANT
•Only media representatives who are accredited for the event could reserve hotel rooms through BOCOG.
•Please fill in the form and return by November 21, 2007. Those reservations which are submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
•Hotel staff will contact applicants to confirm the reservation with details.
•Shuttle bus service will be provided between the designated hotel and the competition venue.
• Arrival/Departure service will be provided between the designated hotel and the Airport during the three days before and the two days after the competition.
