FIG Technical Regulations 2007 Edition, FIG Code of Points for Artistic Gymnastics 2007 Edition shall be applied in the competition.

The competition will be held for both Senior Men (Competition Άρ,Άσ, Άτ) and Senior Women (Competition Άρ,Άς,Άσ).

Competition Άρ (Qualification): This competition is organized by a rotation of groups, a group comprising either a team of 4 to 6 gymnasts or teams formed from individual gymnasts of different federations. A team shall provide for not more than 5 gymnasts to compete on any single piece of apparatus and the 4 highest scores will be taken into account for the team total (6-5-4). The results obtained will determine the qualification for the All-Around Final, the Apparatus Finals and Team Final.

Competition Άς (Individual All-Around Final): This competition will determine the All-Around Individual winners for women. The competition will consist of four (4) optional exercises for women. The twenty-four (24) best gymnasts from qualifying round will take part in this competition (with a maximum of 2 per federation) in one subdivision. Four (4) reserve gymnasts are designated taking into account the list of results of Competition I.

Competition Άσ (Apparatus Finals): On each apparatus the best eight (8) qualified gymnasts from qualifying competition will compete. Only two gymnasts per federation (maximum) will participate in this competition. Three (3) reserve gymnasts are designated taking into account the list of results of the qualification.

Competition Άτ (Team Final): This competition will determine the team winners for men. The 8 top teams from the qualifying round will take part in this competition that consists of six exercises or men. Teams consist of 3 to 6 gymnasts. Three (3) gymnasts compete in each apparatus. All scores will be taken into account for the total (6-3-3).
