For the above-mentioned invited participants, the Organizing Committee will cover accommodation, full board and transportation in Beijing for the period from November 25 – December 3, 2007 (9 days) . The costs of extra nights of the above delegation members as well as expenses of additional people will be covered by participating federations.

Accommodation rates including full board, accreditation and local transportation:

Single Occupancy: US$170 - per person per night
Double Occupancy: US$130 - per person per night

An <Accommodation Application Form for Additional Team Officials> is attachedfor completion and should be returned by fax or e-mail to the Organizing Committee not later than September 15, 2007.
